RuPay ATM cum Debit card was first introduced in the bank in July, 2013. Since then, different variants of RuPay cards were added to our system. As per RBI guidelines, bank has already introduced RuPay EMV Chip and PIN based cards. Apart from usage in ATM and PoS Terminals, our RuPay Cards are enabled for E-Com transactions for availing bouquet of services including Online Shopping, Flight Ticket Booking, Mobile Recharge, Utility Bill Payment etc.

Do’s and Don’ts for ATM and E-COM operations:

Never carry out E-COM transactions in PCs installed for public usage.
Only trusted websites/mobile applications must be accessed for E-COM transactions.
Please register your mobile number with your bank for getting alerts for your ATM transactions.
In case your mobile phone is lost or changed, inform bank immediately
Remember your ATM pin after receiving it from branch. Do not write your PIN on the back of your card or on a piece of paper that is kept with your card.
Change your ATM PIN regularly.
Do not provide any sensitive information of your Account/Card such as Card No, CVV, PIN, OTP details to anyone.
Never let anyone else to enter your PIN while transacting through the ATM booth or PoS terminal.
Periodically verify the passbook entries to ensure its correctness. Any unauthorized card transaction in the account, if observed, should be immediately reported to the bank.
ATM Transaction receipt must be destroyed or kept in your safe custody. Never leave the receipt in the ATM booth as the same may contain sensitive information of your account.
In case of failed/unsuccessful ATM/PoS/ECOM transactions, please inform any nearby AGVB branch immediately.
Never respond to calls asking for ATM details.
